The name approach was derived from the world of sports. I was once a big tennis star (ha ha), and J was once a budding young golf whiz (yeah right). One of the shots you hit in tennis and golf is called an “approach” shot. We felt the idea of the “approach” shot would symbolize our product; always moving ahead surpassing any obstacle.

YES! We call it our risk free approach. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with our product. If it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, send it back, and we will trade you for the right size or send your money back.

3. How quickly do you ship?
Answer:
Orders will be shipped within one business day after checkout. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A screen will appear stating that your order has been processed and it will provide you with an order reference number. Please keep note of that number.
When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. It will contain an order number and the United States Postal Service package tracking number. For tracking, go to the United States Postal Service website at www.usps.gov

Shipping and Express Delivery
All orders will be shipped "Priority Mail" (United States Postal Service), which should arrive within 5-7 days including Saturday (excluding Sunday and all federal holidays) unless otherwise specified.

Most orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) one business day after checkout. A business day is Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

4. How do I order by mail?
Answer:
To order by mail, shop the website and add the selected items to your shopping bag. Once you have finished shopping, proceed through using the button, print the contents of your shopping bag and enclose the order with a check, credit card information or money order (please do not send cash!) for the amount due, and

For check orders, please provide your driver's license number, the state in which your driver's license was issued, and your date of birth. Checks are subject to approval by ACH Checking Service. 5. Is my credit card number and information secure?
Answer:
Your credit card information is encrypted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This technology ensures that the information remains private and secure. To check the security of your connection, check the indicator in your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock, then SSL is active. A second method to check for security is to look at the URL line of the browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from “http://” to “https://”

6. I saw you selling an item at a tournament or in your Sea Isle store, but I don’t see it for sale on your website. Can I still buy it?
Answer:
We don’t put every item on the website. If you saw it at a recent tournament ,or in the store this year, there’s a good chance we still have it in stock.
